These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and TurboPost. Please read them carefully: by creating an account or using the service, you agree to everything written here. If you do not agree with any part, do not use TurboPost.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any conflict, the Portuguese version prevails, as TurboPost operates under Brazilian law.
TurboPost is a productivity tool for content creators. From a single dashboard, it lets you:
TurboPost is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by TikTok, Google/YouTube or Meta (Instagram and Facebook). All trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
To use TurboPost, you represent that you:
If you use TurboPost on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately through our contact channel if you suspect unauthorized access.
The information you provide at registration must be true and kept up to date. You may not create an account in someone else's name without authorization, use a false identity, or share a single account among different people in order to circumvent your plan's limits.
To publish on your behalf, TurboPost needs your authorization on each platform. That authorization is granted on the platform's own screen, through official protocols (OAuth). TurboPost never requests, receives or stores your passwords for those accounts.
By connecting an account, you represent that you own it or have the owner's express permission to publish to it. You may revoke access at any time, either inside TurboPost or in the platform's own settings — and when you do, the authorizations we hold are deleted.
Each Connected Platform has its own rules, which continue to apply to you even when you publish through TurboPost. We have no control over those platforms' decisions — such as content removal, rate limits, blocking or account suspension — and we are not liable for them.
TurboPost uses the TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize TurboPost to: (a) view your basic public profile information, such as display name, avatar and public statistics, shown on screen so that you can confirm you connected the correct account; and (b) publish, to your own profile, the videos you yourself select, at the moment you determine.
TurboPost does not read, modify or delete pre-existing content on your TikTok account, and publishes nothing that you have not explicitly chosen and either triggered or scheduled.
By using this integration you also agree to the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Privacy Policy and the TikTok Community Guidelines. You may revoke TurboPost's access at any time in the TikTok app, under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.
TurboPost uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to your channel and to display its name on screen. By using this integration you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
TurboPost uses the Instagram Graph API and the Facebook Graph API to publish to the professional accounts and Pages you connect, and to display received direct messages. By using these integrations you also agree to the Meta Terms and the Meta Privacy Policy.
Your content is yours and stays yours. TurboPost acquires no ownership over anything you upload, create or publish through the service.
You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to carry out what you asked for — for example, temporarily holding a video until it is delivered to the destination platform, or showing an image preview on screen. This license ends when the content is removed from the service.
You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary over Your Content, including likeness, voice, music and any third-party elements contained in it, and that publishing it violates no copyright, trademark, personality right or applicable law.
Files uploaded for publishing are deleted from our storage shortly after delivery to the destination platform. The textual record of the post (network, account, title and status) remains in your account until you delete it.
When using TurboPost, you agree not to:
Violating these rules may result in immediate account suspension, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.
TurboPost offers features that generate text and images using artificial intelligence. Regarding those:
TurboPost offers a free plan and paid plans, described on the pricing section. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, according to the option chosen, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
Cancellation: can be done at any time inside the app, with no penalty and no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; until then, access continues. After that, the account returns to the free plan.
Right of withdrawal and refunds: under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of the transaction and receive a full refund. Outside that window, amounts already paid for periods in progress are non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of proven service failure.
Price changes: we may change plan prices, but any increase will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies only after that notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments: if a recurring charge cannot be completed, the account may be downgraded to the free plan after notice, with your history preserved.
We work to keep TurboPost available and functioning, but the service depends on third-party infrastructure and on the Connected Platforms' APIs. There may be interruptions for maintenance, technical failures, or unavailability caused by third parties.
We may change, add or discontinue features over time. If a significant feature is discontinued, we will give reasonable advance notice in the app or by email. If a third-party platform changes or shuts down its API, the corresponding feature may be affected or removed without this constituting a breach of these Terms.
The software, code, interface, brand, logo and texts of TurboPost belong to its developer and are protected by law. These Terms grant you only a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service as described here — no other license is granted, expressly or by implication.
You may close your account at any time, through the app or by writing to our contact address.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with prior notice whenever possible and immediately in serious cases, if you: breach these Terms; use the service unlawfully or in a way that puts other users, TurboPost or the Connected Platforms at risk; or fail to pay amounts due.
Once the account is closed, your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — such as those on content, liability, indemnity and jurisdiction — remain in force.
TurboPost is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or the achievement of any result, reach, revenue or social media performance.
Nothing in this clause waives rights granted to consumers on a non-waivable basis by Brazilian consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TurboPost is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, lost opportunity, reputational harm or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
In any event, TurboPost's total liability to you is limited to the greater of BRL 100.00 or the total amount actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for acts, omissions, decisions, outages or penalties applied by the Connected Platforms or by AI providers, nor for the content you choose to publish.
You agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us against losses, damages, fines and reasonable expenses — including legal fees — arising from third-party claims related to Your Content, to your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or to your violation of third-party rights or of the law.
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We operate in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time through our contact channel.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, in legislation, or in the requirements of the Connected Platforms. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. If you continue using the service after the effective date, you are deemed to have accepted the new version; if you do not agree, you may close your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle any dispute, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Before taking any legal action, we invite you to reach out through our contact channel — most problems are solved by email.
